i saw a 11 yr old boy coming with abnormal choreiform movements involving right hand upper limb and also the right of the face though occasionally also involves the left side of the face.I diagnosed it as rheumatic chorea as the child also had a murmur.the echo came out as MR and TR.i started him on haloperidol and his ESR turned out to be 11mmHr,ASOT +.should i start him now with aspirin or not?
